We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the goods is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.

Please email Returns with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.

We recommend that you return the product via Australia post and you must pre pay all returns postage, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia post. High Exposure reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.
