At High Exposure, we strive to keep our customers totally happy. Please feel free to contact us through our email info@highexposure.com.au We find that email is a better way of tracking all enquiries and keeping a record of what we have to do, we did trial a phone service but we were getting inundated with calls and we love to talk to our customers but then we didn't have time to pack our orders - we find via email we can get onto packing orders and everything we need to do to get the stock out and then get back to you with the answers it's a more of an efficient process and we can track everything, rest assured we do get back to you on email. During periods of high demand we might get back to in a day or two but we do get back to you. If it's an urgent query please place URGENT in the subject title so we know which emails need to be tackled first.
