We deliver to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. All items are insured and trackable throughout delivery. All items require signature on delivery, ensuring the correct recipient and reducing fraud. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

At this time we only ship goods within Australia, we do not ship overseas. You can purchase from overseas for delivery to an Australian address.

Delivery Times

Please allow 3-5 Business days** for delivery to your address. Some items, such as lenses or accessories, may take longer. Please email our sales department at sales@highexposure.com.au to assist you with any enquiries and special requests.

Warranty

All of our products are covered buy Australian Manufacturers Warranties. We buy our products through Authroised Australian Manufacturers & Distributers, therefore we are not involved with 'grey market' imports.

"Grey Imports" are items NOT purchased through Authorised Australian Dealers. These products are not covered by Australian warranties.

Returns

We are not obliged to accept returns for "change of mind", so please choose carefully! If your item has been damaged or lost in transit, please contact the freight company with the tracking number and High Exposure IMMEDIATELY.

Prices

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at anytime. If we have made an error in pricing, we will contact you with the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.

Types of Payment

All our payments are processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, just select to pay by credit card.

For security reasons, your billing address used during the ordering process must match that of the card you are using for payment. If they do not match, PayPal may reject your payment.

Gift Certificates can be used for payment (or part payment) of an order. Just enter the unique gift certificate code when prompted.
